Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

Bring about a cultural shift by re-orienting team to appreciate and adopt "Lean" ways of working

Train and enable teams on lean tools (brain-storming, pareto, 5-WHY, RCA)

Establish a process for root cause analysis to drive corrective and preventive actions (in all phases not just testing)

Show how we move from defect fixing to defect prevention

Kaizen - continuous improvement - initiatives (weekly quality circles for incremental improvements from lessons learned)

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Implementations.

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve processes.

Experience in project management methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma Implementations.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
