Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.Must have Skills :Oracle HCM Cloud Core HRGood to Have Skills Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :A Identify business requirements for HCM Data Conversion B Translate functional design documents to technical design documents C Perform end to end testing D Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for HCM Cloud Data Conversion E Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer F Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfactionTechnical Experience :Technical ExperienceA Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader B Expertise in working across different technical workstreams for RICEW development eg Interfaces, ReportsProfessional Attributes :Strong written and verbal communication skills – Effective in cross-team collaboration – Skilled in team management, analysis, and presentations – Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.Educational Qualification:Educational QualificationA BE/MCAAdditional Information :A 5 plus yrs tech exp in Oracle HCM Cloud B1 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation exp Qualification
