Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets client needs and expectations. You will also be responsible for developing new features and functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Your role will require you to adapt to changing requirements and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution. - Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP SD environment. - Familiarity with SAP configuration and customization processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
