Summary:As an Oracle Cloud Finance Functional SME / Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, across (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) with strong experience in at least 3 of these modules. Solution, design and configure applications that align with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to the team while ensuring that best practices are followed. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that applications meet both functional and technical requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Subject Matter / Delivery Ownership?¢Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions within large-scale transformation programs.?¢Ensure compliance with Accenture??s delivery methodology, client requirements, and quality standards.?¢Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution across financial workstreams.2. Solution Expertise?¢Provide deep functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax).?¢Guide solution design, configuration, and testing activities to meet business objectives.?¢Ensure alignment of Oracle Financials solution with overall enterprise architecture and integration strategy.3. Stakeholder Management?¢Act as the primary point of contact for client finance leadership and program stakeholders.4. Compliance & Risk Management?¢Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, data privacy, and security standards.?¢Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.?¢Maintain audit readiness and documentation for all financials deliverables.5. Innovation & Thought Leadership?¢Stay updated on Oracle Financials roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.?¢Drive adoption of automation, AI-driven finance analytics, and process optimization.Professional & Technical
Skills:

?¢15 years of Oracle experience, with deep 10+ years in Oracle Financials Cloud?¢Expertise in multiple Oracle Financials modules and integration with other ERP components.?¢Strong understanding of finance processes and compliance requirements.?¢Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP programs in a global delivery model.Good to have Skill:?¢Solutioning during Proposal stage
