Full Stack Technical Lead

Requirements

Experience designing and developing scalable full stack applications using modern frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET) technologies.

Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for hosting and deploying applications.

Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube, ESLint, Prettier, and static code analysis tools.

Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop web-based applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.

Lead small homogenous pods of developers (e.g. UI / Backend / QA / DevOps).

Drive the implementation of automated testing and deployment practices across the full stack.

Perform regular code reviews and enforce best coding practices across the team.

Mentor team members and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
