AWS with Java (SA) Contribute to cloud migration projects by performing application discovery, technical assessments, and implementation tasks for migrating workloads to AWS. Design and develop Java-based cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot and AWS-native services. Support cloud infrastructure build-outs, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform, and assist in environment provisioning and configuration. Participate in modernization and migration planning, collaborating with architects, leads, and business stakeholders to align technical deliverables with migration strategies. Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation to support secure, repeatable, and scalable deployment processes. Troubleshoot and optimize cloud applications, focusing on performance, cost-efficiency, and resilience using AWS-native monitoring and logging tools Must Have Skills Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, multithreading, design patterns, API development). Extensive experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform, and migration tools (e.g., AWS Migration Hub, Application Discovery Service, DMS). Cloud migration expertise: Discovery, assessment, re-platforming, and re-architecting legacy applications to cloud-native solutions. Proficiency in DevOps toolchains: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and monitoring tools. Leadership and project delivery experience in agile environments, including managing cross-functional teams and communicating with executive stakeholders.
