Candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to global clients, managing queries efficiently, and maintaining professional communication standards. This night-shift role requires excellent verbal skills, adaptability, and a strong commitment to training and performance. It offers a structured onboarding process, attractive stipends, and growth opportunities for graduates with up to 2.5 years of experience in the BPO/KPO sector. Responsibilities Handle international voice-based customer support, resolve queries professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain clear and effective communication, follow process guidelines, and adhere to quality and compliance standards. Participate actively in training, meet performance targets, and work collaboratively in a night-shift environment. Qualifications Must be a graduate (no undergraduates allowed) 0–2.5 years of total experience (maximum 4-year gap allowed) Result-awaited candidates can apply with last 5 semester mark sheets and no backlogs BTech/MBA/MCA/MCom/MA candidates must have minimum 6 months of BPO/KPO experience Not eligible: Maths Hons, Statistics Hons, B.Ed, Elementary Education, BA LLB, BTech & MBA freshers Must have excellent communication skills Willingness to work night shifts and undergo strict training process Freshers with flawless english?
