We are looking for a Curriculum Engineer who is a management and business generalist to develop and enhance programs across Product Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.This role is also open to freshers with strong project portfolios demonstrating hands-on knowledge in business domains. Candidates with practical experience building products, running marketing campaigns, conducting business analysis, or entrepreneurial ventures are strongly preferred.What You'll DoCurriculum Development & Quality Management
- Design, develop, and update curriculum content across Product Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship
- Create end-to-end learning materials including pre-reads, lecture notes, presentations, case studies, frameworks, and hands-on projects
- Develop real-world business scenarios, product exercises, marketing simulations, and startup case studies
- Collaborate with professors from IITs/IIMs, industry practitioners, instructors, and operations teams to ensure quality of all session materials
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve content quality and student outcomes
- Ensure curriculum stays current with evolving business practices, market trends, and industry standards
Collaboration & Professional Growth
- Work closely with faculty from premium institutes and business leaders to build your professional network
- Stay updated with the latest developments in product management, analytics, marketing, and startup ecosystem through continuous collaboration with practitioners

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable portfolio: Strong portfolio showing hands-on business work (product launches, marketing campaigns, business analyses, startup work, case studies or similar).
- Core domain knowledge: Practical understanding of product management, business analytics, digital marketing, or entrepreneurship (product lifecycle, user research basics, A/B testing concepts, marketing fundamentals, business model thinking).
- Curriculum design capability: Ability to create clear learning materials (pre-reads, lecture notes, case studies, practical projects) and translate real-world problems into teachable exercises.
- Analytical skills: Comfort with basic data analysis and interpretation (SQL or equivalent querying ability, statistical hypothesis testing fundamentals, business metrics and KPIs).
- Communication & teaching skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; capability to explain complex business ideas simply and create compelling case studies and assessments.
- Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with faculty, practitioners, and operations teams.
- Mindset & fit: Passion for education and mentoring, self-motivated continuous learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proof over pedigree: No specific degree or years of experience required demonstrate your skills through real work and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in ed-tech, consulting, content development, or teaching/mentoring roles.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel modeling.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, performance marketing tools, or SEO/SEM campaign execution.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and product metrics frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, OKRs).
- Entrepreneurial experience such as founding a startup, fundraising exposure, or running scalable side projects.
- Advanced finance or forecasting skills (P&L, cash flow, unit economics) and comfort building business models.
- Experience collaborating with academic institutions or senior faculty (IITs/IIMs) to co-develop curriculum or assessments.
- Prior use of assessment design, project rubrics, or learning measurement frameworks.
