Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based at our Jaipur location, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements.As the Cultural Connector & Art Patronship Guide, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with potential art patrons, collectors, and creative partners who resonate with the spiritual vision of Libre Essence—the ontological spiral-based philosophy of Studio Ananta.You will represent Studio Ananta within art communities, cultural circles, and professional networks, while guiding and developing strategies for patronship, sales, and long-term collector engagement. The role involves planning and organizing exhibitions, presenting the studio’s artistic philosophy, communicating with patrons, and facilitating collaborations with designers, curators, collectors, institutions, and organizations.Your responsibilities will also include market research, event planning, content communication, and promoting our diverse range of artistic services and products—including original artworks, limited editions, commissions, and spiritual art initiatives.This is a role for someone who believes in meaningful creative work and wishes to contribute to the growth of a conscious art studio.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience in art patronship, client engagement, sales, or event organizationKnowledge of fine art, design principles, cultural communication, and contemporary art trendsPassion for creativity, spirituality, and fostering meaningful, purpose-driven connectionsProficiency in marketing, outreach, content creation, and social media strategyAbility to work collaboratively as well as independently, with a proactive and responsible mindsetExperience in public relations, community engagement, interior design, or working with artistic communities is an added advantageQualification in Art, Design, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred
