Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a CTO - Python. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead all technical aspects of the organization, including overseeing the software development process, defining IT strategies, developing robust architectures, and driving product development. The CTO will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals while ensuring timely and efficient project delivery, team leadership, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Development and Product Development with a focus on Python
• Strong expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture to support and align organizational goals
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, execution, and team leadership
• In-depth understanding of technology tools and frameworks, including familiarity with PHP, .NET, and Java/J2EE, is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
