Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sufalam Technologies, located in Ahmedabad. The CTO will lead technology strategies, oversee the development of software and products, and drive the organization's technical goals. Responsibilities include managing IT architecture, ensuring the seamless execution of software and product development projects, and leading a team of technical experts. The CTO will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with the overall business objectives, staying ahead of technological trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong leadership skills with experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
• In-depth knowledge of IT Architecture and innovative technology deployment
• Experience in developing and driving strategic technology initiatives
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Strong problem-solving skills, innovative mindset, and commitment to delivering quality results
• Experience in Python and familiarity with trending technologies is highly desired
