Role & Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content across multiple platforms.
• Identify, flag, and escalate content that violates community guidelines, legal requirements, or platform policies.
• Resolve content-related issues by applying judgment, context, and policy guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in decision-making while handling sensitive or complex content.
• Document findings, resolutions, and case notes clearly and thoroughly.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Quality, Policy, Escalations) to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality SLAs.
• Handle high-attention tasks with speed, discretion, and emotional resilience.
• Provide feedback to improve content policies and user safety workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent command over English and Hindi

  (must understand nuances and contextual meaning).
• Prior experience in

  Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or similar roles

  preferred.
• Strong ability to identify red flags, sensitive content, hate speech, scams, misinformation, and policy violations.
• Comfortable working in

  night shifts, rotational shifts, and fast-paced environments

  .
• High emotional resilience; ability to review potentially sensitive, graphic, or disturbing content.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good typing speed and familiarity with web-based tools, CRM systems, and dashboards.
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome; BPO/ITES experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
