We Wonder Women (est. 2018) is an NGO empowering women in rural and suburban Tamil Nadu through impactful welfare projects, collaborations, and CSR initiatives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a CSR Partnerships Manager to build and manage corporate and foundation partnerships, secure CSR funding, and align projects with donor priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate CSR teams and foundations.

• Identify CSR funding opportunities and prepare tailored proposals.

• Negotiate MoUs, agreements, and sponsorships.

• Represent the NGO at CSR forums and networking events.

• Ensure compliance, reporting, and impact communication to partners.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or corporate engagement.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.

• Knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting requirements.

• Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, or Business preferred.
