As a CSR Partnerships Manager at We Wonder Women, your role is crucial in building and managing corporate and foundation partnerships to empower women in rural and suburban Tamil Nadu through impactful welfare projects, collaborations, and CSR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture relationships with corporate CSR teams and foundations to foster collaboration and support. - Identify CSR funding opportunities and prepare tailored proposals to secure financial support for projects. - Negotiate MoUs, agreements, and sponsorships with partners to ensure mutual benefit and successful implementation of initiatives. - Represent the NGO at CSR forums and networking events to showcase the organization's work and explore potential partnerships. - Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, timely reporting, and effective communication of project impact to partners for transparency and accountability. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or corporate engagement, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sector. - Possess strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and secure funding. - Knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting requirements to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards. - A Masters's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or Business is preferred to bring expertise and insights into the role.,
