CSR Fundraising Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a Fundraising Manager in Hyderabad, responsible for identifying potential donors, managing relationships with existing donors, planning fundraising campaigns and events, and preparing reports on fundraising activities. Your role will also involve coordinating with team members to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and mission. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet financial targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders. - Organize impactful fundraising events and campaigns. - Deliver compelling presentations to potential donors and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing materials. - Engage with major donors through personalized communication. - Develop and manage annual giving programs. - Track fundraising performance and provide progress reports to leadership. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising or donor relations. - Ability to engage and manage relationships with major donors. - Knowledge of fundraising principles, philanthropy practices, and donor engagement strategies. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. - Strong public speaking skills. - Experience with charitable organizations or nonprofits preferred. - Success in developing and executing annual giving programs. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
