About the Organization:

People Helping Children (PHC) is a registered NGO in India established in 2018. It was strengthened by creating a positive impact on social media with the services to the underprivileged children by enriching their lives and accessing them with basic rights such as Food, education, health and livelihood skills and empowering adolescent girls and women in rural & tribal areas.

MISSION

We aim to provide a healthier world to Children to earn a beautiful life and nurture through fine lines within the society.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conduct policy research, communication activities, and develop new project concepts.

· Prepare reports for donors, government, and stakeholders, and create project proposals aligned with organizational goals.

· Document and communicate programme impacts, including creating human interest stories and advocacy content for various media.

· Maintain a repository of publications, press releases, media materials, and a database for knowledge products, photos, and videos.

· Assist in monitoring, evaluating activities, and producing policy publications, briefs, and media outputs.

· Support partnerships with government agencies, private sector, development agencies, and foster CSR connections for funding and visibility.

· Develop and implement a communication strategy, including newsletters and social media content.

· Prepare reports, agendas, and other documents, and perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, / Other Degree
• Master’s or Post Graduate Diploma will be considered as an advantage.

Min. years of relevant Work experience

• Fresher / practical professional work experience in the social development sector.
• Fresher / Experience on documentation of programme/ project results with excellent writing skills is essential.
• Fresher / Experience in writing research articles in a team for published documents.
• Fresher / Experience in coordinating the Monitoring of programmes and projects

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
