CSR Fundraising Manager

The Rubber, Chemical & Polymer Skill Development Council is a not-for-profit company under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956, operating under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and established by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) with its Registered Office in Saket, New Delhi. As a CSR Fundraising Manager in Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects related to customer service representatives, customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience for fundraising initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role that requires a strong skill set and experience in the nonprofit sector. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer service representatives to ensure effective fundraising strategies - Enhance customer support and satisfaction to drive fundraising initiatives - Utilize customer service and experience skills to engage donors and supporters - Develop and maintain relationships with donors and supporters - Collaborate with foundations to further fundraising goals - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field is preferred Skills Required: - 3-8 years of experience in fundraising for the nonprofit sector - Proficiency in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with donors - Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters - Experience and connections with foundations is advantageous Location: New Delhi Join our team as a CSR Fundraising Manager and contribute to making a positive impact on the community through successful fundraising initiatives.,
