Job Title: CSR Coordinator Location: Bhongir, telangana Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Agriculture (mandatory) Language Requirement: Proficiency in the local language is essential Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive CSR Coordinator with a background in Agriculture to plan, execute, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives with a special focus on rural development and farmer engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the organization and the local farming community, ensuring effective implementation of CSR projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement various CSR programs related to agriculture and rural development. Mobilize and assemble farmers for awareness programs, training sessions, and community outreach activities. Plan and manage on-ground CSR events, workshops, and seminars in rural areas. Liaise with local NGOs, government bodies, and community leaders to drive impact. Monitor and report the progress and impact of ongoing CSR projects. Ensure compliance with CSR laws and company policies. Prepare documentation, reports, and communication material for internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture) is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CSR coordination, rural engagement, or agricultural outreach programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with rural communities. Proficiency in the local language is a must. Strong organizational and event management capabilities. Ability to travel to rural and semi-urban areas frequently. Preferred Attributes: Passion for community development and sustainable agriculture. Prior experience working with farmer communities or agri-based NGOs/CSR wings. Knowledge of government rural schemes and CSR compliance guidelines.
