CSR and NGO Intern

Job Description (JD): Intern for Parmartham (NGO)

Stipend: Up to ₹9,000/month

Experience: Freshers Welcome

Tenure: 6 months (Minimum)

Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to support various initiatives at Parmartham. The intern will play a key role in planning, executing, conducting research, and coordinating with the core team and partner organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·    Assist with routine drafting and execution of Parmartham’s ongoing activities.

·    Conduct in-depth research on NGOs and CSR collaboration opportunities.

·    Maintain follow-ups and communication with our Executive Committee, NGOs, and corporate CSR teams.

·    Coordinate and support volunteers during campaigns and outreach programs.

·    Manage documentation and reporting related to organizational activities.

·    Support day-to-day operations and reporting requirements of the team.

Preferred Skills:

·    Strong communication and coordination skills.

·    Keen interest in social work, CSR, and community development.

·    Basic MS Office proficiency and reporting ability.

·    Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
