Field Agent - Home Loan

As a Field Agent at Zucol Services in the Home Loans team, you will play a crucial role in meeting potential customers, explaining loan products, collecting and verifying documents, and ensuring a smooth processing of loan applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting potential customers interested in Home Loans. - Explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation process. - Collecting and verifying KYC documents & income proofs. - Assisting customers in filling and submitting application forms. - Coordinating with the Telecaller team and Operations for faster processing. - Ensuring timely pickup and submission of documents. - Building strong customer relationships and supporting conversion targets. - Achieving monthly productivity and loan disbursement targets. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduate / 12th Pass (with relevant loan/finance experience). - 1-2 years of experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans, or related financial fieldwork. - Good knowledge of loan documentation & eligibility norms. - Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions. - Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred). - Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills. - Own conveyance preferred (with valid driving license).
