Job Description

As the Director of Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CS&Q) - Transactional & Edge Business, you will play a critical role in driving customer-centric strategies and fostering a culture of quality excellence within our organization. Your mission will involve ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations. You will lead the development and implementation of robust quality assurance and control processes, collaborating across departments to maintain a comprehensive quality management system. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and elevating customer satisfaction to new heights. Key responsibilities include championing a quality culture by developing strategies that prioritize customer engagement, designing and overseeing holistic design reliability strategies, leading quality programs to ensure design robustness and continuous improvement, ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction and quality, representing the voice of the customer within the business, providing leadership and training to the quality team, developing and maintaining a quality management system in compliance with ISO standards, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, and more. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the UPS or electronics industry. Strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, influencing skills, communication skills, and the ability to drive engagement across global teams are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus. A willingness to travel up to 30% based on business needs is also necessary.
