CSO Project Manager - Vice President - CHENNAI

As the Cyber Security Operations (CSO) Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating, governing, and aligning the CSO BOW to strategic goals for the successful delivery of strategic projects across various functions within Cyber Security Operations. You should be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities: - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and budget estimations. - Ensure project alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives. - Lead and guide project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders. - Ensure that project deliverables meet specified quality standards and requirements. Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Additional technical certifications are preferred - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Proven influencing and relationship management skills - Proven analytical skills - Experience in PTS, JIRA Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
