Role Overview: Join Paisalo Digital Limited, a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to engage with customers, process loans, and ensure efficient branch operations and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain books of accounts, registers, and records as per company policies. - Deposit daily cash collections in FINO/RNFI/Bank within stipulated timelines. - Accurately upload customer documents and loan files into the LOS system. - Report daily cash inflow and outflow to the Head Office. - Provide accurate backend and operational support in coordination with CSOs. Qualification Required: - Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary). Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduation in any stream.
