Role Overview: Join our rapidly growing Paisalo Digital Limited, a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to be part of a dynamic team driving financial inclusion across India. As a CSO, you will be responsible for customer engagement, loan processing, and field-level collection activities to support smooth branch operations and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate loan file login and complete customer documentation as per company guidelines. - Ensure a minimum of 50 loan disbursements per month. - Conduct and maintain discipline in Group Meetings, strictly following the field operating process. - Support the branch in achieving high Collection Efficiency (CE). - Coordinate with Branch Operations Executive (BOE) and Branch Manager (BM)/Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for timely updates in the Loan Origination System (LOS). Qualification Required: - Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary). Key Responsibilities: - Maintain books of accounts, registers, and all records as per company policies. - Deposit daily cash collections in FINO/RNFI/Bank within stipulated timelines. - Upload customer documents and loan files into the LOS system accurately. - Report daily cash inflow and outflow to the Head Office. - Coordinate with CSOs to provide accurate backend and operational support. Qualification Required: - Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary). They ensure business expansion, portfolio quality, operational discipline, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Take overall responsibility for branch operations, compliance, and staff performance. - Conduct field visits regularly, with special focus on Overdue (OD) and Non-Performing Asset (NPA) cases. - Drive and maintain high Collection Efficiency (CE) at the branch level. - Conduct Pre-Group Recognition Tests (Pre-GRT) before loan disbursements. - Achieve and drive monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets. - Regularly review books of accounts, customer files, and cash handling. - Guide, train, and monitor CSOs and BOE to ensure adherence to processes and policies.
