CSA (Customer Service Associate)

As an Escalation Handling Executive for the E-Commerce process, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experience by handling tough customer cases effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling escalated customer calls related to orders, refunds, returns, and delivery issues - Providing quick and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinating with internal teams for case closure - Maintaining CRM updates and detailed case notes - Ensuring timely resolution as per the defined Turn-Around-Time (TAT) - Identifying recurring issues and sharing valuable insights for process improvement To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to remain calm under pressure - Basic computer knowledge - Knowledge of E-commerce processes will be an added advantage Please note that candidates without strong English communication skills will not be considered for this position.
