Job Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities – Voice (Personal Loan Sales)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan promotion.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Persuade customers to apply for personal loans and generate leads.
• Conduct follow-up calls to convert interested customers.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to sales scripts..
• Provide accurate information through calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Enter customer details and loan application information into CRM/loan systems.
• Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, ID proof, etc.).
• Cross-check and validate all data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and financial information.

Candidate Requirements

Basic computer knowledge

Good typing speed

Accuracy and attention to detail

Willing to work in rotational shift
