Job Description

As the leader of the Corporate Services Function, your role involves providing overall leadership and ensuring timely and high-quality corporate services. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the Corporate Services Function to deliver general administration services effectively. - Reviewing and ensuring the quality of services provided by outsourced vendors, taking necessary corrective actions. - Optimizing the utilization of company resources and facilities such as office space, pantries, and cafeteria. - Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. - Managing disaster and emergency situations on-site. - Analyzing performance reports and MIS reports to identify areas for improvement. - Implementing budgetary control measures and monitoring expenses. - Coordinating cross-functionally and integrating processes. - Providing support for employee shifting, office modifications, and equipment requirements. - Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene on-site. - Ensuring quality and healthy food is served at canteens and dining halls. - Coordinating visitor and protocol management. - Planning space and resource allocation for new buildings or premises reorganization. - Managing special projects like construction and office modifications. - Introducing innovative promotional activities for employees. - Ensuring adherence to processes and efficiency in all administration-related tasks. - Developing and enforcing service standards for administration processes. - Leading and supporting employee engagement activities on-site. Qualifications required: - Graduate degree, preferably with a post-graduate qualification. - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in administration, with a focus on factory operations and facility management at a large site.
