CS Operations Lead 3

As the leader of the Corporate Services Function in Jamnagar, your primary role is to provide overall leadership and ensure timely and high-quality corporate services are delivered. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the general administration services and ensuring effective review of services provided by outsourced vendors - Optimizing the company's resources and facilities like office space, pantries, cafeteria, etc - Maintaining effective liaison and relationship management with all stakeholders - Managing disaster/emergency situations at the site - Analyzing performance reports and MIS reports for continuous improvement - Ensuring budgetary control and monitoring - Coordinating cross-functionally and supporting employees with shifting, modifications, new office readiness, etc - Upholding the highest standards in housekeeping and hygiene - Ensuring quality food and healthy options at canteens and dining halls - Coordinating visitor and protocol management - Planning space allocation and resource utilization for new buildings or premises re-organization - Supervising special projects such as construction and office modifications - Introducing innovative promotional activities for employee engagement - Driving service standards and process efficiency in administration Qualifications required for this role are a Graduate degree, with a preference for a Post Graduate degree, and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in administration, ideally with a blend of factory operations and facility management on a large site.
