Job Description

We are looking for a CS Semi-Qualified professional to join our team as a CS - Executive. The role involves handling day-to-day Company Secretarial functions and ensuring statutory compliance for Multireach Broadband, a part of the Multicon Group. The candidate should have hands-on experience with the MCA V3 portal, ROC filings, and drafting of secretarial documents
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Minutes & Registers: Draft and maintain minutes of Board/Committee meetings, statutory registers, and company resolutions.Drafting & Reporting: Prepare notices, Directors Reports, Annual Reports, and other statutory documents.ROC Filings: File statutory forms, annual returns, and other compliances with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).MCA V3 Knowledge: Manage submissions and filings on the MCA V3 portal.Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate governance standards.Secretarial Support: Assist in secretarial audits, due diligence, and support senior management in compliance-related matters.SKILLS:CS Semi-Qualified (Executive completed, pursuing Professional preferred).13 years of relevant experience in secretarial/compliance work.Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and ROC filing procedures.Hands-on experience with the MCA V3 portal.Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
