Role Overview: As a Customer Service Associate with 2-4 years of experience, your primary responsibility will involve business development activities. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying potential clients through various channels. You will collaborate with marketing teams to implement lead generation strategies and build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs. Your role will also involve working closely with the senior team to handover qualified leads and opportunities for further development. Representing the company professionally and providing regular reports on business development activities will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the team in Secretarial, Compliance, and Legal work at the Bangalore location - Work on Corporate Law Advisory, Legal Advisory, Drafting and Negotiation work, and other allied services for clients - Handle compliances as per Companies Act, preparation of notices, agendas, conducting meetings, and ensuring regulatory reporting and filings - Coordinate with other teams, draft agreements, and mediate with regulatory authorities Qualifications Required: - Qualified Company Secretary Professional - Solution-driven approach with exemplary initiative-taking and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Drafting and negotiation skills Additional Details: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
