Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRO Expert. The CRO Expert will be responsible for analyzing data and visitor behavior, optimizing conversion rates across multiple web properties, developing and implementing split-tests and other experiments, and continually improving the user experience. The role also involves collaborating with different teams such as marketing, design, and development to execute conversion optimization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis, visitor behavior tracking, and A/B testing
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and best practices
  • Understanding of user experience design principles
  • Ability to use CRO tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
