CRO cum Patient Coordinator

The Patient Coordinator cum CRO at Hair O Craft plays a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding client experience by handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing client relationships, and supporting clinic operations. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and efficient multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities: Patient Coordination: - Welcome and assist patients/clients with inquiries, appointments, and service-related issues. - Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/software with relevant information. - Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Customer Relationship Management: - Follow up with clients on treatment progress, feedback, and upcoming appointments. - Address client concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed. - Cultivate customer loyalty by nurturing strong relationships with current clients. - Recommend and promote additional services and treatments based on client requirements. Front Desk & Administrative Support: - Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling and reception responsibilities. - Ensure the reception area and waiting rooms are well-kept and inviting for clients. - Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotional initiatives and lead generation. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Healthcare. - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in healthcare or wellness industry preferred). - Proficiency in English and regional languages for effective communication. - Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software. - Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
