Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customization, integration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools.
Design and implement workflows, plugins, custom entities, and business rules to meet functional requirements.
Integrate D365 CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and third-party connectors.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for CRM data visualization.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of CRM components.
Manage data migration activities using Data Import Wizard, SSIS, KingswaySoft, or other ETL tools.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure CRM security model is properly configured including roles, teams, and field-level security.
Support deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features, releases, and best practices
