Job Overview:

We are looking for a Client Relationship & Acquisition Executive to manage

end-to-end client coordination and actively contribute to new client

acquisition. The role requires strong communication skills, CRM handling, and

the ability to work as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete client coordination from onboarding to closure.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Acquire new clients through follow-ups, referrals, and lead conversion.
• Manage post-sales coordination, documentation, and updates.
• Resolve client queries and escalations professionally.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounts teams for smooth execution.
• Support collections, follow-ups, and long-term relationship building.
