Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS startup in Noida, Sector-16 as a Business Development Executive. Your main responsibility will be to grow the client base by building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and inbound inquiries. - Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, and product demos to understand client requirements and position the CRM tool as a solution to their business challenges. - Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships. - Negotiation & Closing: Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and close deals by demonstrating the ROI and value of the CRM solution. Negotiate contract terms and pricing confidently. - Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track opportunities, update the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team. - Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of Makunai Globals CRM product and effectively explain its technical features to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers. - Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving new business and upselling existing clients. Qualification Required: - A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. - Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently convey ideas and influence clients. - Enthusiastic, ambitious, and confident attitude with a proactive approach to sales challenges. - Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate obstacles and find solutions. - Professionalism, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation capabilities.
