Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from arge datasets
Ensure data quality and integrity, implementing data validation and cleaning procedures as needed
Use the collected insights to create/update monthly customer steering review presentations for large clients
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, underwriting, and claims processes through data analysis
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
Monitor SLAs at client level and highlight risks if any in meeting the SLAs
Execute wellness programs for top corporates in collaboration with external and internal partners
Run schemes to increase app adoption among employees of our group health customers
Ensure timely completion of tech enablement being done to improve customer experience

Skills:

Ability to develop cordial working relations with stakeholders across the value-chain
Must have sound ability to analyze and comprehend numerical data and derive logical conclusions based on the analysis
Ability to create coherent presentations using PowerPoint
Ability to track deliverables across multiple ongoing projects
