Job Description

CRM Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute CRM product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to set product vision and success metrics
  • Drive cross-functional teams for product initiatives and feature launches

Customer & Market Analysis

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams to capture user needs
  • Analyze customer data, usage patterns & feedback to inform product strategy
  • Develop user personas, customer journey maps & conduct user interviews

Product Development & Management

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (concept to launch to optimization)
  • Write PRDs, user stories & prioritize backlogs based on impact & feasibility
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams for intuitive user experiences
  • Oversee API integrations, data migration & third-party connectors

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Present product strategy & updates to C-level executives and board
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, sales & marketing teams
  • Mentor junior product team members & contribute to best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships & evaluate build vs buy CRM components

Performance & Analytics

  • Define & monitor product KPIs (adoption, retention, feature utilization)
  • Conduct A/B testing & analyze data to optimize engagement
  • Share product performance reports with leadership
  • Implement continuous improvement based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 78 years in Product Management with at least 4 years in CRM or B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in launching/scaling CRM platforms/features
  • Experience with enterprise-level CRM products, APIs & integrations
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, data models & integration patterns
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive (etc.)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks & data synchronization methods
  • Understanding of sales processes, lead management & customer lifecycle

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability with data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Customer-centric approach with strong business translation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in international markets & multi-language products
  • Knowledge of SaaS pricing & monetization strategies
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to compliance (GDPR, SOX) in enterprise software
