Job Description

EDUCATION Any Graduate OR MBA in Marketing from a Good Institute. Knowledge of Plastic is preferred. EXPERIENCE Min 1.6 to 5 yrs experience in Sales coordinator or Marketing coordinator. Freshers can be considered subject to strong academic background. JOB PROFILE Analytical and Reporting Skills Analytical skills: Candidate should have good analytical skill with command on MS Excel & PowerPoint to do the business data analysis for business support & to prepare the MIS reports. Sales and Customer Coordination Managing the sales by coordination with sales team, customers & plant. Communication with our customers/distributors and managing distributors. First point of contact for customer for new inquiry/orders/any issue/concerns with the organization. Managing OTC (Order till Cash) with the help of Sales Co-Ordinator. Processing sales orders & ensuring 100% OTIF (Dispatch On Time In Full). Active relationship building with customers. Budget and Event Management Responsible for executing annual Sales Budget to achieve it. Responsible for executing any event like Sales meet/trainings/exhibition/workshops/seminars etc. Marketing and Support Responsible for managing social media/print media/website. Supporting Sales & Marketing Head for any techno-commercial requirement.
