Job Description

Review of post sanction/ pre disbursement cases for exercise of sanction powers with scheme /delegations/other guidelines.
Review for adherence to internal loan polices, procedures, applicable law/regulations/scheme guidelines for post sanction/ pre disbursement cases.
Quality check of credit appraisal, pre sanction visits, obtention of required documents, KYC norms for post sanction/ pre disbursement cases.
Quality check of loan assets. ( Monitoring of Early warnings and adequate follow up for closure).
Pre caution taken while review of cases /advised to safeguard the interest of company
Quality check of risk rating awarded and applicable ROI.
Proper review of nature and adequacy of loan covenants
Proper check and review of security coverage for post sanction/ pre disbursement cases
Immediate take up with the respective branch/department in case of shortfall found in credit appraisal and process of cases for sanction
Additional responsibilities to be carried out based on the requirement in the department.
