To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with complex data.
