Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update the doctors database with accurate details (DOB, DOA, specialization, contact, and territory).
Ensure timely greetings/communications for birthdays, anniversaries, and professional milestones of doctors.
Track, monitor, and analyze company schemes and promotional activities; prepare evaluation reports.
Generate and circulate regular MIS reports (doctor engagement, scheme utilization, CRM dashboards).
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to gather feedback and support targeted doctor engagement initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to management for planning market activities and new schemes.
Support in planning and executing CRM-related campaigns, events, and digital engagement activities (where applicable).
Ensure high data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all CRM records.
Develop and implement processes for improving CRM efficiency and response time.
Assist in preparing presentations, analysis, and reports for senior management.
Act as a central point of communication for CRM queries from field staff and management.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in
any discipline.
35 years’ experience in CRM/data management, preferably in
veterinary or pharma industry
.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, CRM software/tools, and reporting dashboards
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Office-based role (no field travel required).
