You will be responsible for implementing and managing the local CRM system at Accra BMMC, ensuring accurate PSI data collection and compliance. Your key duties will include implementing and maintaining CRM systems, validating and analyzing PSI data, ensuring compliance with data governance policies, and training staff on CRM usage and best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the ceramic/tiles industry. An IT background with strong Excel skills is required. You should be highly responsible, detail-oriented, and under 30 years old. Experience in CRM systems is preferred.
