Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business objectives.
Manage and maintain the CRM system, including data entry, cleansing, segmentation, and optimization.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Create, execute, and track targeted marketing campaigns and communications across various channels.
Manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support to customers.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, etc.) and potentially lead or mentor CRM team members.
