CRM Leads Management

Position Summary:

Machinery Club is seeking a CRM – Leads Management Executive who can efficiently manage incoming leads, coordinate with clients, maintain CRM data, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead follow-up, client communication, and basic CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process daily inbound leads from multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM system.
• Handle client chats, queries, and initial communication.
• Assign leads to the sales team based on priority and region.
• Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and data accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to optimize lead flow and client communication.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience during initial interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or lead management.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking processes.
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
