Job Description

Kiddopia is a leading kids’ learning and gaming app loved by millions worldwide. Kiddopia are looking for a CRM Lead / Manager to drive user engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven CRM strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage users.
  • Set up and optimize in-app events for improved CRM workflows.
  • Manage and analyze campaigns with A/B testing to boost performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns for the US market.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track performance, optimize user journeys, and ensure campaign effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing & campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, or similar).
  • Prior experience with US market audience.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven track record of managing and scaling CRM programs.
