Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CRM Associate. This role will involve managing customer relationships in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts through data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities: Manage customer data within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights into customer trends and sales performance. Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, including data entry and lead generation. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and technology advancements. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, preferred- BBA or BCOM Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
