Job Title: CRM Intern

Department: Customer Support

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Stipend: As per industry standards

Experience: Fresher Preferred

What you'll do :

1. Support the sales and business development teams in executing day-to-day operations, handling client and customer calls, and assisting in the growth of sales channels across online and offline platforms.

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, partners, and retailers.

3. Assist in market research for New Product Development and enhancement of existing product line with relevant customer feedback

4. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, order processing, and dispatch management.

5. Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential sales leads.

6. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional communication across all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (students in their final year of education may apply).

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Comfortable with handling customer and partner calls.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

6. Eagerness to learn about FMCG sales, D2C operations, and marketplace management.

7. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

8. Proficient in English Language both verbal and written is a must.
