Company: Health Assist Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Nagpur


Experience: Minimum 2–5 years (TPA industry experience mandatory)


Responsibilities

  • Manage client, insurer & hospital relationships.
  • Handle policyholder queries, grievances & escalations.
  • Ensure smooth claim approvals & settlement.
  • Maintain records in Excel / CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with TPA & IRDAI guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior TPA/Health Insurance experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & CRM software.
