Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic CRM Head to lead our customer relationship and inside sales operations remotely from Kolkata or Mumbai. This role combines CRM leadership with hands-on sales responsibilities, focusing on improving client experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 CRM Management:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance client experience and retention
Maintain and manage CRM tools.
Monitor client journeys and ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery
Analyze customer data to create targeted communication and upsell strategies
🔹 Sales Leadership:
Drive B2B sales efforts and meet monthly targets
Handle high-quality lead follow-ups, conversions, and onboarding
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Pitch services and build customized proposals as per client needs
🔹 Client Communication & Reporting:
Be the single point of contact for key clients – pre and post-sales
Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication
Maintain detailed sales and CRM reports and present regular insights to management
📝 Requirements:
✅ 1-4 years of experience in CRM or Sales leadership roles, preferably in the telecom, martech, or communication platform industry
✅ Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API, SMS platforms, RCS messaging, and related communication tools
✅ Excellent communication, team management, and client-handling skills
✅ Proven ability to drive lead conversions, sales closures, and client retention
✅ Comfortable working independently in a remote work (WFH) setup
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from client and campaign data
