CRM Head

• Candidate will be working at Hyderbad for reputed pharma company and will be responsible for handling marketing and CRM support.

• He will implement and develop the organizations CRM strategy

• Develop the CRM department structure and hire team for the same.

• Strong data analysis skills to track and evaluate CRM performance.

• Evaluate CRM customers based on potential and provide final recommendations

• Conduct field visits with the CRM team to understand on-ground realities and implement

necessary improvements for desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• Gradute in science / pharma preferable MBA in Marketing 10 to 12 years of experience in handling arketing support and CRM coordination for reputed pharma company supporting multiple division.

• Strong communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong analytical and CRM system experience (Veeva, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

• Pharma industry understanding and exposure to field-force workflows.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
